been a pretty good weekend. we went for institute on thursday so she could see her friends and she wanted me to meet dan martoma cos apparently he misses singapore. anyway, i couldn't really recognise him cos he'd grown facial hair. it was weird cos he actually recognised me but it was fun meeting somebody who knows singapore. he told me about some dance the ysa had in orlando on friday but we didn't go for that cos we spent the whole day at busch gardens in tampa. woohoo. rollercoasters are a blast! had lots of fun on friday at the park despite the suffocatingly warm weather but was completely bushed when we got back.

saturday we went to orlando with her family. her cousin paola had stayed over since her aunt pilar went to NY for the weekend. it was fun cos paola is so funny and loud. heh. our trip to orlando was cut short though cos there was a storm. we were actually at burger king when the power tripped and we were left in darkness. ended up going to the mall there instead but i didn't buy anything except MAC blush.
